Yes. Bud is free to download on the App Store. You can track expenses, split bills, and chat with Buddy without paying to get started.
Does Bud connect to my bank account?
No. Bud never asks for bank logins or card details. Every expense lives on your iPhone, so there is nothing for anyone to leak, sell, or lose.
Is Bud available on Android?
Bud is built for iPhone and available on the App Store now. An Android version is not available yet.
How does Bud track an expense in 7 seconds?
Type the amount, confirm it, and you are done. You can even log an expense straight from the iPhone Action Button without opening the app, and Buddy categorises it for you automatically.
What is Buddy, the AI in Bud?
Buddy is Bud's built-in AI assistant. It categorises your spending, splits bills, and answers money questions in plain language, without nagging you.
How is Bud different from Splitwise?
Splitwise is built around group debts. Bud is a full budgeting app that also splits bills, so you can track your own spending and settle up with friends in one place, in seconds instead of several group-chat messages.
